In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. 

NEMSIS Errors:

We're aware of the current issues some of you are receiving with NEMSIS and not being able to close tickets. We're working with Zoll to receive a fix as soon as possible. Please fill out a ticket with the run number and save the call back to your inbox. We'll post more information here when we have an update available. Thank you for your patience.
